All payment is processed using PayPal. Through this service you can use your Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express or you can pay directly via debit to your checking account.
If you are not a PayPal memeber, you can still use their services to make your payment. Simply follow the non-member instructions that appear when you check out.
For your protection, we do not collect or store any of your payment information.
Within one business day of receiving your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you listing the items ordered. The order itself will be processed as either available or custom order. After processing, the order will be sent to your shipping address and you will receive an email confirmaiton with tracking information.
If items are in stock, they will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days from the confirmed order. If an ordered product is a special order, there is a 4-5 week turnaround time. All special or custom orders are processed and made in the order they are received. Once an order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed.
If you see an item you like, but it is currently unavailable or you have a wood preference, please contact us with your specifications. Please include the Product SKU, preferred wood and/or any other pertinent information. We will work with you and quote you a price. Work will begin on your custom order once payment has been received through PayPal.
Pennsylvania residents are subject to current sales tax rate for Allegheny County (7%), which will be added to your purchase.
Shipping and Handling
We will ship our product to any location as long as the customer pays the shipping cost. Our Web Site is set up for FedEx including insurance. If your order is for more than one item, we reserve the right to package it in one container whenever possible. If you have special handling requirements or delivery requests, please contact us prior to placing the order and we will advise whether we can handle your request. All purchases will be charged shipping and handling.
Return of Goods
In the event you are not satisfied with the purchase and want to return the items purchased, please contact us prior to returning any item. Please inform us as to why you are not satisfied with the item and we will instruct you how to return the item for a refund or exchange of equal value from what is currently available on the web site. In no event will the shipping and handling cost originally paid be refunded. The package must be returned in the original packing materials and container provided. Returns must be insured for their full value at your expense via FedEx within 10 days from the date of your purchase. If for some reason the items being returned are damaged, your money will not be returned.
After we receive the returned goods in perfect condition, the exchange item will be shipped or the purchase price will be refunded.
If for some reason your purchase is damaged during shipment you must notify FedEx and JMN Creations immediately so the proper claim can be made for the replacement of the damaged items.
We will not be responsible for any damage as a result of improper use or care of any item. Remember that wood is a medium that is dynamically changing with the humidity. Each species of wood has different densities and will expand and contract at different rates.
